the Kunst Grenzen - Frontier Art Gallery is organizing
an exhibition of modern and contemporary art
of painting, graphic design, photography, and digital printing
from May 9 to May 23, 2026
"SPRING IN THE AIR 2026"

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EXHIBITION
1. EXHIBITION REGISTRATION:
For organizational reasons, participation in the exhibition "Spring in the Air 2026" must be submitted no later than April 25, 2026, by email to
A maximum of two works per participating artist may be created using any technique, including painting, graphic design, photography, and digital printing.
The following must be attached to the form:
- Image(s) of the work(s) (maximum 2) you wish to submit for the event in high-resolution .jpg format (at least 300 dpi);
- High-resolution passport photo of the artist (at least 300 dpi) for printing the brochure, if applicable.
2. TECHNIQUES AND DIMENSIONS:
The technique is free.
The following are the maximum dimensions for each work to best organize the exhibition space:
- Painting (max. base 50 x h 70 cm);
- Engraving (max. base 50 x h 70 cm);
- Photography and digital graphics (max. base 50 x h 70 cm);
- Sculpture (max 40 cm x 40 cm x 100 cm high)

PLEASE NOTE: Acceptance of the competition rules also implies acceptance of any graphic interpretation that specialized personnel provided by the Association will create for the label that will subsequently be applied to the bottles of wine products in the dedicated category.
3. SELECTION OF WORKS:
Each participating artist will receive confirmation of their selection via email by April 30th for participation in the exhibition "Spring in the Air 2026".
4. PARTICIPATION FEE:
Upon submission of the works, a contribution of €15.00 (fifteen) will be requested for each artist to partially cover the costs of the event. This contribution must be paid to:

5. SHIPPING OR DELIVERY OF THE WORK(S):
The work(s) may be delivered in person directly to the Gallery (for those who live nearby) or mailed to the following address:

by courier NO LATER THAN April 30, 2026, to allow the curator time to set up the exhibition "Spring in the Air 2026".
6. SERVICES OFFERED:
- Setup, continuous professional security for the entire opening hours and duration of the exhibition, and dismantling of the exhibition.
NB: At the end of the event, the works must be collected within two months (60 days) of the final closing of the exhibition, or after the awards have been presented to the artists (and/or after the awards ceremony). Any unclaimed works will become part of the gallery's collection.
- Paper and digital poster with the list of participants in the exhibition, along with the name of the participant, as per the submitted Application Form.
- Advertisement of the works on the official Kunst Grenzen gallery channel (https://www.kunst-grenzen.it) and through major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tumblr, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok;
- advertising to journalists and collectors.
- Photography at the opening.
- Toast with the artists.
If the exhibition cannot be held due to events beyond our control, it will be rescheduled.

N.B. The Organizer Gentile Polo reserves the right to establish additional rules and regulations deemed appropriate to better regulate the events and related services. By submitting images of works for selection, the artist accepts these regulations and authorizes the Kunst Grenzen Gallery to store and process the personal data provided in its archives and to publish them by any means.
